Who Can Refer
We accept referrals from GPs, specialists and other eligible healthcare providers. A valid referral is required to claim Medicare rebates.
What to Include
Referral letter with clinical history, presenting symptoms, medications, previous treatments, and urgency. Include a GP letter and Mental Health Care Plan if referring for psychology.
Referral Validity
GP referrals are valid for 12 months. Specialist referrals are valid for 3 months. Please remind your patients to bring their referral letter to their first appointment.
